What Amenities Do Eagle Creek Residents Get?
Residents get a golf course, a separate 9,000-square-foot resident-only clubhouse, multiple pools, tennis and pickleball, basketball, parks and a dog park, an elementary school, and a shopping plaza — all inside or immediately outside the gate.
Eagle Creek is home to one of three golf courses in the Lake Nona area. The semi-private Eagle Creek Golf Club offers a 4.5-star rated course whose two-story, 14,000-square-foot clubhouse includes a full-service restaurant and bar, a pro shop, and event space, all open to residents and to the public.
Eagle Creek also has a separate, resident-only 9,000-square-foot community clubhouse with amenities inside and out. This Audubon Silver Signature community holds over 400 acres of lakes, wetlands, and trails, and its town center, Eagle Creek Center, is already built and open at the neighborhood entrance.

What is the Eagle Creek Golf Club?
It is a semi-private, 18-hole, par-73 course at the center of the neighborhood, operated separately from the HOA and open to the public — residents are not required to join and pay nothing toward it through their dues.
The 4.5-star championship Eagle Creek Golf Club sits at the heart of the community. Its European-style course spans Eagle Creek and features a par-73 layout with five par-5s. It is known for a firm, fast surface with Scottish-style bunkers, and its extensive bulkheads and water hazards make it a challenging round.
Need to polish up before hitting the links? The club has a full practice facility including a two-sided driving range, practice holes, and a golf academy. The Belfry restaurant in the clubhouse is popular with residents and golfers alike, offering lunch and dinner service, and can be booked for weddings and other occasions.

Nearby entertainment beyond the golf club includes Lake Nona Town Center and Boxi Park, just west of Eagle Creek. Sports options include Sofive XL Soccer and Nona Adventure Park. Schools at Eagle Creek: Eagle Creek Elementary School sits at the front of the neighborhood. Lake Nona Middle School is directly across Narcoossee Road and Lake Nona High School is just off the northwest corner — both are within walking or biking distance. The STEAM-based multilingual iLingo Academy is just outside the gates near the elementary school. What Are the Homes Like?
Eagle Creek holds more than 1,000 single-family homes and roughly 350 townhomes, from about 1,100 to 7,200+ square feet, on lots averaging around 0.15 acre — all resales, since the neighborhood finished building in 2025.
Eagle Creek is fully built out and there is no longer any active new construction in the neighborhood. Jones Homes, the construction arm of the Eagle Creek developer, finished sales in 2024, and all contracted new construction was completed in 2025.
One thing residents point to is the variety of home styles, a product of the different designs and elevations built by the home builders who worked in Eagle Creek across its twenty-two-year development. Single-family homes are typically one or two stories; townhomes run one to three stories on zero lot lines.
