About the Homes in Moss Park Reserve

Moss Park Reserve is a community of large, custom-built single-family homes on larger lots — generally around a half-acre to an acre, which is bigger than the lots in most of the neighboring Moss Park communities. Homes commonly have four to six bedrooms and roughly 3,000 to 6,000 or more square feet, in a mix of one- and two-story designs. Because the homes were custom-built rather than produced from a single builder's set of plans, floor plans and exterior styles vary noticeably from house to house.

The community took shape beginning in the mid-2000s and has continued to fill in over time, with custom homes added on remaining lots. Many homes sit on lakefront lots or have lake or pond views, and homes here tend to come up for sale less often than in the higher-turnover neighborhoods nearby.

Community Amenities

The centerpiece of Moss Park Reserve is its lakeside community park, which includes a pier and dock extending onto Lake Hart — a roughly 1,880-acre lake that gives the neighborhood its waterfront setting. This is a gated community, entered from Wittenberg Way off Moss Park Road.

Moss Park Reserve is on the eastern shore of Lake Hart, off Moss Park Road, just east of SR-417 (the GreeneWay) in the 32832 side of Lake Nona. The GreeneWay and nearby SR-528 (the Beachline) connect the area to the rest of Orlando, the airport, and the coast. Lake Nona's Medical City, Town Center, and the wider Lake Nona area are a short drive to the west.
