Good to Know

Buyer's Agent Compensation

With any listing option, we strongly recommend offering a minimum 2.5% buyer's agent compensation so other Realtors show your home. This is separate from our listing fee, which only covers listing services. If Ziro brings and represents the buyer as well (acting as a transaction agent for both sides), the buyer's agent compensation is reduced to 2%.

Nothing Due Upfront (^)

None of our fees are due upfront. You pay only at the successful closing of your property.

We Hate Junk Fees (^^)

No piled-on admin or hidden fees — we believe in full transparency. The one exception: if a seller terminates the contract before a successful closing or the listing's expiration, a media reimbursement fee (photo/video/virtual-tour costs) is due. We don't mark this up — you pay only what the photographer billed us.
