Stratford Pointe is an established traditional style neighborhood with contemporary style homes. The 130 homes in the neighborhood are nestled among 2 main drives lined with walkways.  Many of the homes back up to water or conservation areas.

One of the older Nonahoods, Stratford Pointe was built between 2005 & 2007 and being located adjacent to the 417 Greenway, offers quick access in and out of the Lake Nona area. Prices in this neighborhood are typically lower than what you find in other Nona area neighborhoods.

Where is Stratford Pointe and What's Nearby?

The Stratford Pointe Neighborhood is Located - directly of the South the 417 Greenway and just East of Narcoossee Road. The Shores at Lake Whippoorwill neighborhood is across the street and the NorthShore at Lake Hart neighborhood is to its East.

Stratford Pointe has two entrances into the neighborhood off Kirby Smith Road making it a convenient choice for commuters out of the Lake Nona area. A new shopping plaza featuring a Gator's Dockside is just outside the neighborhood entrance and within one mile in either direction along Narcoossee Road, you have multiple shopping centers including Lake Nona Landing and the Publix anchored Cornerstone at Lake Hart.

Schools in the area include Moss Park Elementary, Lake Nona Middle School and Lake Nona High School.  You also have Valencia College Lake Nona just a couple of miles South of Stratford Pointe.

About the Homes in Stratford Pointe

Stratford Pointe is a fully established neighborhood.  Originally developed and built by KB Homes between 2005 and 2007, they feature traditional style block & stucco constructed homes with shingle roofs.  Homes range in size from 1800 sq ft to 3400 sq ft and 3 to 5 bedrooms.

Most of the homes in Stratford Point are on zero lot lines, but there are a few that are up to a quarter of an acre lots size.  Some of the homes back to conservation or water views and about a quarter back to a neighborhood brick wall along Kirby Smith Road.  There is now a large sound barrier wall lining the North side of the neighborhood along the 417 expressway.
