Quick Summary: Comparing Lake Nona Amenities

Amenities are one of the few things that genuinely separate one Lake Nona neighborhood from the next. Two communities a mile apart can differ by a guard gate, a resort pool, a dock, or nothing at all. This chart puts 44 Lake Nona neighborhoods side by side across 20 amenity categories so you can narrow the list before you start touring.

Every neighborhood name links to its own page. If an amenity matters to you more than the house does — a lap pool, pickleball, a boat ramp, a dog park — start here and work backward to the neighborhoods that have it.

How to Read This Chart

  • ✓ The neighborhood has this amenity
  • S Sections — present in some phases or villages, not all
  • – Not present in this neighborhood
  • ✓ in the More column — extras listed below the chart

On a phone, swipe the table sideways — the neighborhood column stays put. Amenities listed are community amenities, not features of individual homes.

About This Data

This chart tracks community amenities — shared facilities available to residents — not features of individual homes. A neighborhood with no pool marked can still have plenty of homes with private pools.

"Sections" means the amenity exists in some phases or villages of a large community but not throughout. Lake Nona's biggest neighborhoods were built in stages over many years, and the amenity package often changed between phases.

Amenities change. Communities finish build-out, add facilities, and occasionally convert them. Confirm anything you are making a decision on before you write an offer, and reach out if you want it verified for a specific address.
