Summerdale Park at Lake Nona is located - off Boggy Creek Road just West of Narcoossee Road. It is directly South of the Isles of Lake Nona neighborhood and adjacent West the Fell's Landing neighborhood.

A new road extension from Narcoossee Road is expected to run just North of the neighborhood West and connect to the 417 expressway providing residents with quick access in and out of the Lake Nona area.

Nearby attractions include the Nona Adventure Park, Boxi Park and Back to Nature Wildlife Refuge.

Summerdale Park residents enjoy a variety of shopping options including the Publix anchored Lake Nona Plaza, Eagle Creek Center with restaurants and daily services and Lake Nona Greenwood with everything from Sushi to a car wash.
