Eagle Creek Center is the retail strip on the east side of Narcoossee Road at the front of the Eagle Creek community, in Orlando's 32832 ZIP code. It runs from opposite Lake Nona Plaza at Laureate Boulevard south to Eagle Creek Sanctuary Boulevard. Sprouts Farmers Market opened at 10013 Eagle Creek Sanctuary Boulevard on June 12, 2026, as the anchor of a new five-building phase. Emerson International, the developer of Eagle Creek, built and leases the center. Eagle Creek, Isles of Lake Nona and Laureate Park are the closest neighborhoods.

For years, Eagle Creek Center was a long row of restaurants, offices and services along Narcoossee Road, with the nearest groceries at the Publix across the street. That changed in June 2026, when Sprouts Farmers Market opened at the south end.

The center is spread over several buildings and addresses, which is why people call it by different names. This guide covers the whole strip as it stands in September 2026.

Where is Eagle Creek Center?

Eagle Creek Center is on the east side of Narcoossee Road in Orlando, FL 32832, at the entrance to the Eagle Creek community.

The north end faces Lake Nona Plaza across Narcoossee Road, at the Laureate Boulevard intersection. The south end is at Eagle Creek Sanctuary Boulevard, where the Sprouts phase sits. In between, businesses use addresses on Eagle Creek Center Boulevard (9717 to 9776) and on Narcoossee Road (13865 to 14383).

You may also see it called Eagle Creek Plaza, Eagle Creek Retail Center or Eagle Creek Village. The tenants themselves use Eagle Creek Center.

Is there a grocery store at Eagle Creek Center?

Yes: Sprouts Farmers Market opened at 10013 Eagle Creek Sanctuary Boulevard on June 12, 2026.

The store is about 23,300 square feet and anchors a new five-building phase of roughly 81,000 square feet on about 8 acres. It gives the Eagle Creek side of Narcoossee its own grocery store, and gives the area a second choice alongside the Publix at Lake Nona Plaza across the road.

What stores and restaurants are at Eagle Creek Center?

More than two dozen businesses: nine restaurants and cafes, plus health, beauty, fitness, banking, insurance and car-care services.

The table follows the tenants' own locations pages. Small tenants change often, so check a business's own listing before making a special trip.

Who developed Eagle Creek Center?

Emerson International, the developer of the Eagle Creek community, built the center in phases and handles leasing.

The multi-tenant building at 9717 Eagle Creek Center Boulevard has had tenants since at least 2016, when Jaca's opened there. Don Julio's standalone restaurant opened in 2020, and Pho Haven and CFS Coffee followed in 2020 and 2021. The Sprouts phase was announced in April 2025 and opened in June 2026. Emerson is still marketing sites along Narcoossee Road for further office and restaurant buildings.

Which Lake Nona neighborhoods are closest to Eagle Creek Center?

Eagle Creek sits directly behind the center, with Isles of Lake Nona and Laureate Park across Narcoossee Road.

• Eagle Creek: the center is at the community's front entrance, just outside the gates.
• Isles of Lake Nona: across Narcoossee Road, with its main entrance on Narcoossee.
• Laureate Park: its east entrance at Laureate Boulevard faces the north end of the center.

What has changed at Eagle Creek Center recently?

Sprouts opened, CycleBar closed, and two long-time tenants changed names.

• Sprouts Farmers Market opened on June 12, 2026, with a new phase of shops around it.
• CycleBar has permanently closed. Massage Envy and Meat Wonderfood Butcher Shop are now in the same building.
• FBC Mortgage has rebranded as Acrisure Mortgage, in the same location.
• Sunshine Oil Stop is now part of Mavis, which also runs Mavis Tires & Brakes next door.

What the Neighbors Know

Living in Eagle Creek means most errands are just outside the gates: breakfast at Keke's, a haircut, the dentist, and now groceries at Sprouts.
