About the Townhomes in Nona Terrace

Nona Terrace Homes was built by Lennar Homes between 2008 and 2013.  At the time, they included many upgrades that were ahead of their time as a part of their base package.  These included Ecosmart Energy Saving design and equipment, luxury kitchen upgrades, elegant bathroom features, stylish interiors, and upgraded flooring.
