We moved from out of state to be near family. After only a few showings with David Myers, he picked up quickly on our likes and dislikes and never showed us property over our budget. We made an offer on a home, but unfortunately (or maybe I should say fortunately) the seller changed his mind. A home came on the market very soon after and David went to look for us.
