Where is the Cove at Nona Sound and What's Nearby?

The Cove at Nona Sound is located off Clapp Simms Duda Rd which is just East of Narcoossee Road at the Southeastern corner of the Lake Nona area.

Boggy Creek Road intersects Narcoossee just South of this area and the extension of the Osceola Parkway will eventually connect just North to Narcoossee.  This will provide quick access around the Lake Nona area and connect residents to the 417 Expressway. If you travel a lot, the Orlando International Airport & Brightline station is only 5 miles away.

The Cove's neighbors include the Eagle Creek neighborhood directly to the North and The Estates at Nona Sound directly to the East. To the West is vacant land and the Lake Ajay Village neighborhood in the Narcoossee section of St Cloud in Osceola County  is directly to its South.

Nearby attractions include, the Back to Nature Wildlife Refuge which is just down the street, the Eagle Creek Golf Club which is just a golf shank away and the Nona Adventure Park, an aquatic park for all ages.
