Lake Nona StationLake Nona Greenwood, situated in the South section of the Lake Nona area, is a mixed-use retail and restaurant  plaza running alongside Narcoossee Road.

Consisting of multiple buildings and free standing businesses, this shopping center serves both residents and visitors with a variety of shops.

History and Development

Construction of Lake Nona Greenwood started in 2022 and is expected to be completed in 2025. 

Location and Accessibility

Strategically located on the West side of Narcoossee Road between Laureate Blvd and to just South of Luminary Blvd.  Progression Way runs along its Eastern border and the Lake Nona Concorde Apartments are directly behind the plaza.  The Eagle Creek neighborhood is directly across the street, the Laurel Point neighborhood to its West, The Isles of Lake Nona to its immediate South and Laureate Park is to its Northwest. The shops at Eagle Creek Center are directly across Narcoossee Road from Lake Nona Station.
