The La Vina area of Lake Nona actually consists of 4 separate neighborhoods: Ziani, Solvino, Maribella and Capri.  Of the four, Mirabella and Ziani are gated.  Mirabella and Ziani also feature small, neighborhood parks. 

The majority of the homes in Ziani back to water while many homes in the other neighborhoods back to conservation areas.  There is no community pool or clubhouse but residents are located within a short walking distance to the La Vina Marketplace shopping center and a Publix Grocery Plaza is just down Narcoossee Road. All Four neighborhoods which make up the La Vina area are Located - off of Dowden Road which runs between Narcoossee Road and the 417 Greenway.

The La Vina marketplace with several restaurants, stores and medical offices is a quick walk up the road.
