Randal Park is off Dowden Road in North Lake Nona, directly west of the 417 Greenway and directly south of the 528 Beachline Expressway.

Two of Central Florida's main expressways run alongside the neighborhood, which makes day trips out of Lake Nona straightforward — Cocoa Beach or the Space Coast for a rocket launch, a game or a show in Downtown Orlando, or the theme parks at Disney and Universal Studios.

Randal Park has roughly 650 single-family homes and townhomes running from about 1,500 to 4,300 square feet, with three to six bedrooms and garages from one to four cars.

Randal Park is fully built out. The neighborhood has both single-family homes and townhomes, many of which enjoy water or conservation views. All of the townhomes have rear-load garages, which keeps garage doors off the streetscape.

The original builders were David Weekley Homes and M/I Homes. Mattamy Homes completed construction of the neighborhood in 2019 and went on to build the Randal Walk townhome neighborhood near the entrance to Randal Park. Because building finished in 2019, everything that comes to market here is a resale.
