Somerset Park at Lake Nona is a  gated neighborhood in the West Lake Nona area. Located at the end of Lake Nona Blvd, Medical City is approx 1 mile east of the neighborhood. Somerset Park features traditional style homes, many of which, back to water or conservation views.

Where is Somerset Park and What's Nearby

Somerset Park is located West of Medical City and directly South of the 417 Expressway. It is connected to Medical City via Lake Nona Blvd. The Florida Turnpike is only a few miles West of the community down the 417 providing residents with quick access to North and South Florida.

The Lake Nona Creekside shopping plaza which is anchored by a Publix grocery store is just East of the neighborhood. The new Lake Nona West Shopping area will be opening in 2026 and will be anchored by a Super Target. Air travelers will love being just a couple of miles away from the Orlando International Airport.

Nearby entertainment options include the golf themed Drive Shack, the aquatic Nona Adventure Park and the ever vibrant Boxi Park. Schools in the area include Stonewyck Elementary, South Creek Middle and Cypress Creek High School. Please note that although Somerset Park is an official Lake Nona neighborhood, it is NOT currently zoned for any of the Lake Nona area schools.

Somerset Park is a fully built out neighborhood. M/I Homes and Century Homes were the builders in Somerset Park. Home sites come in either 50 foot or 60 foot wide lots and many back to either water or conservation view.

This neighborhood of single family homes offers home sizes ranging from 1,700 sq ft to over 3,900 sq feet and from 3 bedrooms up to 6 bedrooms. Architectural styles range from traditional to craftsmen to Mediterranean. Construction is mainly block and stucco with shingle roofs.
