The Publix center on the west side of Lake Nona: what's there now, the hotel next door, and how it fits beside the new Lake Nona West.

Lake Nona Creekside is a Publix-anchored shopping center on the northwest corner of Lake Nona Boulevard and Boggy Creek Road, with the Publix at 14185 Lake Nona Boulevard. The center's ZIP code is 32824, not 32827 or 32832 as many listings for Lake Nona shopping assume. Tavistock Development Company developed the roughly 61,000-square-foot center and announced its first shop tenants in 2018. The 153-room SpringHill Suites Orlando at Lake Nona opened on the corner in April 2021. Somerset Park, Somerset Crossings, the Lake Nona Ariel apartments and Gatherings at Lake Nona are among the closest communities.

Lake Nona Creekside is the everyday stop on the west side of Lake Nona: a Publix, a gas station, a handful of shops and a hotel at the corner of Lake Nona Boulevard and Boggy Creek Road.

It has also gained a big new neighbor. Lake Nona West, the Target-anchored center farther east on Lake Nona Boulevard, opened its first stores in 2026. This guide reflects Creekside as it stands in September 2026.

Where is Lake Nona Creekside?

Lake Nona Creekside is on the northwest corner of Lake Nona Boulevard and Boggy Creek Road, with the Publix at 14185 Lake Nona Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32824.

The shop building is 14177 Lake Nona Boulevard. The outparcels use Boggy Creek Road addresses: SpringHill Suites at 13700, the 7-Eleven at 13720, and the eye care and dental building at 13670. Chase is on its own parcel at 14105 Lake Nona Boulevard. Across Boggy Creek Road is a Wawa, which is not part of the center.

The 32824 ZIP code trips people up. Publix, the hotel and every tenant use it, even though much of Lake Nona is 32827 or 32832.

What stores and restaurants are at Lake Nona Creekside?

Publix is the anchor, with a pharmacy and Publix Liquors, alongside a restaurant, salons, a phone store, a bank and a gas station.

The table follows the tenants' own locations pages and the Publix store page. Small tenants change often, so check a business's own listing before making a special trip.

Is there a hotel at Lake Nona Creekside?

Yes: the 153-room SpringHill Suites Orlando at Lake Nona opened on the corner in April 2021.

The hotel was first planned in 2017 as a 120-room property. It was enlarged before construction and was built by Tavistock Development with Street Capital as the second phase of Creekside. That puts a Marriott hotel within walking distance of a full Publix, which is useful for families staying in town while house-hunting or waiting on a closing.

Who developed Lake Nona Creekside?

Tavistock Development Company, Lake Nona's master developer, built Lake Nona Creekside.

Tavistock announced the first shop tenants in July 2018 for what was then described as a 60,000-square-foot center; it is now listed at about 61,000 square feet. Two tenants from that announcement are still here, Giovanni's and Lee Nails. Nationwide Vision, also named at the time, is not at the center today.

Giovanni's closed its other Lake Nona restaurant, at Cornerstone at Lake Hart, so this is now the chain's only Lake Nona location.

Which Lake Nona neighborhoods are closest to Lake Nona Creekside?

Somerset Park is about a mile west, and Gatherings at Lake Nona is within a couple of miles.

• Somerset Park: Creekside is about a mile east on Lake Nona Boulevard.
• Gatherings at Lake Nona: the 55+ community sits between two Publix centers, this one and Lake Nona Plaza, each within a mile or two.
• Laureate Park: the developer lists it among the neighborhoods Creekside serves, though Lake Nona Plaza is closer for most of the neighborhood.

Two communities outside our neighborhood list are also close: the Somerset Crossings townhomes and the Lake Nona Ariel apartments near Boggy Creek Road and SR 417.

How does Lake Nona Creekside compare with Lake Nona West?

Creekside handles the quick weekly errands; Lake Nona West, farther east on Lake Nona Boulevard, is where the big-box stores are.

Lake Nona West opened its first stores in 2026 with Target as the anchor. It gives west-side residents a Target, apparel and home stores without driving to Narcoossee Road. Creekside remains the Publix stop for this corner of Lake Nona.

What the Neighbors Know

On the west side of Lake Nona, "going to Publix" usually means Creekside. If you're comparing homes in Somerset Park with homes closer to Narcoossee Road, this corner and Lake Nona West give the west side most of what the Narcoossee plazas offer. The full list is in our Lake Nona shopping guide.
