Pro's: - Mature Landscaping, Many Community Parks, Elementary School and YMCA located within community, relatively low HOA's compared to other Lake Nona Communities, Family membership to YMCA is included in HOA fees, Walking & biking trails through neighborhood, No CDD fees, Multiple home style and size options.
Con's: - Northlake Park is one of Lake Nona's older neighborhoods (most homes built early 2000's) so some interiors may look a little dated and in need of remodeling or updating, Because of build date, most homes will not be as energy efficient as newer homes in other neighborhoods, proximity of homes can be a bit tight in some areas.
