Northlake Park: Beyond Ordinary Neighborhoods

Northlake Park was the first neighborhood that Tavistock developed after the County Club that was to be a part of its new Lake Nona concept. 

The idea was to create a new version of a traditional neighborhood encompassing green spaces, community parks, unique amenities and would reach forward to inspire Lake Nona's forward thinking vision.

If you are looking for neighborhood amenities and events that go above and beyond the ordinary, Northlake Park will not disappoint.  In the heart of the neighborhood sits a dual purpose building that is not only home to the Northlake Park Community School, but also the Lake Nona YMCA. 

Behind the building is a City of Orlando Park and sports field which is where many of the neighborhood events take place. An average weekend may include a movie on the green, a morning sprint with the local running club, a social night with your card group tennis with a friend or holiday community event.

The state of the art YMCA Family Center in Northlake Park offers family friend heath programs for all ages and features an outdoor pool, aerobics room, spinning studio, and gymnasium. Complimentary child care is provided and all group exercise classes and workout clubs are included with the membership.

The YMCA shares space with North Park Elementary and located in the center of a city of Orlando park that includes basketball and tennis courts, pool with six lap lanes, children's splash zone and playground area. It is the hub of the Northlake Park community.

Where is Northlake Park and What's Nearby?

The Northlake Park Neighborhood is Located off Narcoossee Road just north of the Lake Nona Golf and Country Club and East of the Orlando International Airport.  It is also accessible by Dowden Road which connects with Narcoossee to provide quick access to both the 417 and 529. 

The Lake Nona Village Shopping Plaza is at the front entrance to the neighborhood and the gated Water's Edge neighborhood is located back of the neighborhood.
