The Oaks at Moss Park is one of the newer neighborhoods in the Moss Park pocket of Lake Nona. Lennar built it out in phases over the late 2010s, so the homes are relatively young and consistent from street to street. What defines the community day to day is its shared pool and clubhouse; it is not a golf community and it is not gated. The single-family plans cover a wide range, which is unusual for one neighborhood — the same streets hold modest three-bedroom homes and large six-bedroom ones.

About the Homes in The Oaks at Moss Park

Lennar built The Oaks at Moss Park in phases across roughly 2016 to 2020, so the housing stock is recent and fairly uniform. The homes are single-family — this is not a townhome community. The townhomes in this immediate pocket are next door in the Trails at Moss Park, which is a separate neighborhood.

Floor plans come in one- and two-story layouts with two-car (and some larger) garages, three to six bedrooms, and sizes from about 1,700 to 3,900 square feet. Lennar sold these under its Estates and Executives collections through the Everything's Included program, which folds finishes like granite counters and cabinetry into the base price rather than charging for them separately. Because the community built out recently, resale homes here generally need less updating than the older Moss Park neighborhoods nearby.

Community Amenities

The shared amenities center on a resort-style community pool with a cabana and clubhouse. Beyond the pool, the community has parks and green space, playgrounds placed through the neighborhood, and walking trails, with sidewalked, street-lit streets set among several ponds. Where Is The Oaks at Moss Park and What's Nearby?

The Oaks at Moss Park sits off Moss Park Road, just east of SR-417 (the GreeneWay), in the Moss Park corridor of southeast Orlando. That puts it a short drive from Lake Nona's Medical City employment core and Lake Nona Town Center, with the county's Moss Park and the Lake Hart / Lake Mary Jane chain nearby for boating and recreation. SR-417 is the main artery out of the neighborhood and connects north to SR-528 (the Beachline) and the rest of the metro. Orlando International Airport is about seven miles away.
