Storey Park at Lake Nona is the newest neighborhood in the Lake Nona area. Storey Park is located at the corner of Dowden Road and the 417. Eventually, Dowden will be connected up to Innovation Parkway providing quick access to the Beach Line Expressway and Avalon Park area. The 417 is directly in front of the entrance to Storey Park providing quick access to all points in Orlando. You are about 45 min away from Cocoa Beach, 35 minutes to the Disney attractions and 20 minutes to downtown Orlando.
Storey Park is a master planned neighborhood being developed and built entirely by Lennar Homes. It is a mixed use community featuring single family homes in a range of styles and sizes and townhomes. Homes are being pre-sold now and home sizes range from 2,100 sq ft to over 3,900 sq ft. There are currently no resales in Storey Park. Home construction began in the fall of 2015.
