Shoppes at Storey Park is a Publix-anchored shopping center on Dowden Road at the SR 417 interchange (Exit 24), with the Publix at 11286 Dowden Road in Orlando's 32832 ZIP code. The center sits south of Dowden Road and east of the 417. Publix Store #1852 opened on March 7, 2024, with a pharmacy, upstairs seating and a separate Publix Liquors store. Other tenants are Sage Dental, Great Clips, Championship Martial Arts and a Wendy's. Storey Park, Belle Vie, Randal Park, Randal Walk, Meridian Parks, East Park and the La Vina villages all use it as their nearest Publix.

Shoppes at Storey Park gave north Lake Nona its own Publix when it opened in March 2024. It sits on Dowden Road where it crosses the 417, the natural stop for the neighborhoods that have grown up along Dowden over the past decade.

The center is small beyond the Publix, with a few service tenants and a Wendy's. This guide reflects it as it stands in September 2026.

Where is Shoppes at Storey Park?

Shoppes at Storey Park is on Dowden Road at the SR 417 interchange (Exit 24), south of Dowden and east of the 417, with the Publix at 11286 Dowden Road, Orlando, FL 32832.

The shops use addresses from 11124 to 11286 Dowden Road. Storey Park is directly to the west, and Belle Vie is diagonally across Dowden Road. Because it sits at a 417 exit, the center is also an easy stop on the way home from the expressway.

What stores are at Shoppes at Storey Park?

Publix, Publix Liquors, a dentist, a hair salon, a martial arts school and a Wendy's.

When did the Publix at Storey Park open?

Publix Store #1852 opened on March 7, 2024.

The center was proposed in late 2020 as a Publix on about 9.3 acres and went before the city planning board in January 2021. A general contractor had been named by late 2022. The store has upstairs seating, a pharmacy and a separate liquor store.

Which Lake Nona neighborhoods are closest to Shoppes at Storey Park?

Storey Park, Belle Vie, Randal Park, Randal Walk, Meridian Parks, East Park and the La Vina villages all have this as their nearest Publix.

• Storey Park: directly next door.
• Belle Vie: diagonally across the street; the Publix is within sight of the gate.
• Randal Park and Randal Walk: the plaza is just east of both neighborhoods.
• Meridian Parks: off Dowden Road in the northeast corner of Lake Nona.
• East Park: bounded by Dowden Road, Moss Park Road, the 417 and Narcoossee Road.
• La Vina: the four villages off Dowden Road, just to the west.

Does Publix own Shoppes at Storey Park?

Not as far as public records show: the center was not part of the six Publix-anchored centers Publix bought in January 2026.

That purchase did include Cornerstone at Lake Hart, the other Publix center serving north and east Lake Nona. We have not found a public record of who owns Shoppes at Storey Park or who currently handles its leasing.
