Where is Fell's Landing and What's Nearby?

The Fell's Landing Neighborhood is Located - at the corner of Narcoossee Road and Boggy Creek Road.  It is approx 5 miles south of the 417 Greenway and approx 17 miles north of Hwy 192 in St. Cloud.

Your Neighbors...Isles of Lake Nona is directly North of the neighborhood and the Orange County and Osceola County border is directly South of the neighborhood. East of the neighborhood is vacant Land (for now) and then The Cove at Nona Sound townhome neighborhood.  Summerdale Park is directly West and is connected within the neighborhood by Yellow Daisy Lane.

Nearby Entertainment includes the aquatic orientated Nona Adventure Park, the renowned Eagle Creek Golf Club and  always entertaining Boxi Park. All within a couple of miles. Animal lovers will enjoy the Back to Nature Wildlife Refuge and the Split Oak Wilderness Preserve which is less than a mile away from Fell's Landing. 

Everyday shopping needs are just North of the neighborhood. There you will find a Publix anchored Lake Nona Plaza, Lake Nona Greenwood with multiple restaurant options and Eagle Creek Center which offers a variety of service oriented retailers and specialty restaurants.

Schools in the area include Eagle Creek Elementary, Lake Nona Middle School and Lake Nona High School.
