Where is Fell's Landing in Lake Nona?

The Fell's Landing Neighborhood is Located - at the corner of Narcoossee Road and Boggy Creek Road.  It is approx 5 miles south of the 417 Greenway and approx 17 miles north of Hwy 192 in St. Cloud. Isles of Lake Nona is directly North of the neighborhood and the Orange County and Osceola County border is directly South of the neighborhood. Fell's Landing is the Southernmost neighborhood in the Lake Nona area.

Fell's Landing Homes - were all built by Meritage Homes. The neighborhood is fully built out and only resales are available from time to time.

There are 8 different styles of homes with a variety of elevations for each.  The homes range from 4 bedroom homes to 8 bedroom homes and range in size from 2581 sq ft to over 5100 sq ft.  Meritage Homes feature many upgrades as standard features, energy efficient design and appliances, spacious kitchens and luxurious master suites.  There is no community pool or community clubhouse in Fell's Landing but many homes have their own private pool.
