Our Take

Lake Nona Plaza is the original grocery center on this stretch of Narcoossee, and it still does that job well. The changes here are small ones: a restaurant changing suites, an orthodontist relocating, a dry cleaner changing names. That is what a mature, well-occupied plaza looks like. The newer centers around it add choice, especially the Sprouts that opened across the road in 2026, but they do not replace a Publix at the neighborhood entrance.
