Lake Nona Plaza is a 79,000-square-foot shopping center located at the northwest corner of Narcoossee Road and Laureate Boulevard in Orlando, Florida.

This plaza serves the Lake Nona community, including neighborhoods such as Laureate Park, Eagle Creek, Isles of Lake Nona and is situated near Lake Nona Medical City, a 650-acre health and life sciences park.

The center is anchored by a 54,000-square-foot Publix Supermarket and features an additional 25,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.

History and Development

Developed by Tavistock Development Company, Lake Nona Plaza was designed to meet the growing retail needs of the Lake Nona community. The center includes a variety of tenants, such as Publix, Chase Bank, Modern Smiles Dentistry, Little Greek Fresh Grill, Woof Gang Bakery, and Addition Financial. In December 2012, the center was sold to an institutional buyer and is currently fully leased.
