Lake Nona Landing is a shopping center of about 596,000 square feet on 52 acres, on Narcoossee Road just south of the SR 417 interchange. Walmart Supercenter, Sam's Club and Lowe's are the anchors, with the Walmart at 11930 Narcoossee Road. Tavistock Development Company opened the center in January 2017, and Clarion Partners bought the majority of it for $58 million that December. JLL handles leasing, and its August 2026 brochure lists the center as 100% leased. Laureate Park, including Alora, is the neighborhood next door.

Lake Nona Landing is where Lake Nona goes for the big stores: Walmart, Sam's Club, Lowe's, PetSmart and TJ Maxx, with a long row of quick-service restaurants in between. It sits at the north end of Lake Nona's shopping on Narcoossee Road, just south of SR 417.

The center turns ten in January 2027. Its anchors have not changed, but some of the smaller tenants have, and the older descriptions of the Walmart are well out of date. This guide reflects Lake Nona Landing as it stands in September 2026.

Where is Lake Nona Landing?

Lake Nona Landing is on Narcoossee Road just south of the SR 417 interchange, with the Walmart at 11930 Narcoossee Road, Orlando.

Most stores fronting Narcoossee use the 32832 ZIP code, while several on the side streets (Tagore Place, Vickrey Place and Andric Lane) use 32827. Lowe's, for example, is at 12276 Andric Lane rather than on Narcoossee itself.

The Valencia College Lake Nona campus is about half a mile from the Walmart, according to Walmart's store page.

What does the Walmart at Lake Nona Landing offer?

Walmart Supercenter #4365 is a full supercenter with grocery pickup and delivery, a pharmacy drive-thru, and Scan & Go checkout for Walmart+ members.

When the store opened in 2017 it was marketed as a showcase for new retail technology, and descriptions from that time still circulate. Walmart ended its original in-store Scan & Go program in 2018 and brought it back in 2020 only as a Walmart+ member benefit. The Sam's Club next door, Club #4828, has its own gas station.

Our Take

Lake Nona Landing is the reason most Lake Nona residents rarely need to leave the area for big shopping trips. Nearly ten years in, it's full, its anchors are stable, and the turnover is limited to a few small spaces. Lake Nona West now gives the west side a Target, but for a warehouse club and a home improvement store, this is where Lake Nona goes.
