Shoppes at Nona Place is a 60,557-square-foot shopping center at 13000 Narcoossee Road, on the southwest corner of Narcoossee Road and Tyson Road, in Orlando's 32832 ZIP code. It sits on the west side of Narcoossee, just south of Lake Nona High School. Bravo Supermarkets anchors the center, in the space Earth Fare occupied from 2018 until the chain closed in 2020. A joint venture of North American Development Group and Blackfin Partners sold the center for $35 million in September 2021. Pet Supermarket has closed, and its space is for lease through JLL.

Shoppes at Nona Place is the grocery center next to Lake Nona High School, with Bravo Supermarkets as its anchor and First Watch for breakfast. It faces Tyson's Corner across Narcoossee Road.

It is on the west side of Narcoossee, just south of Lake Nona High School, at a signalized intersection. Tyson's Corner is across Narcoossee on the northeast corner, and the Eagle Creek community is across the road to the southeast. Individual shops use addresses from 12976 to 13084 Narcoossee Road.

What happened to Earth Fare at Shoppes at Nona Place?

Earth Fare opened here on September 29, 2018, and closed in 2020 when the entire chain liquidated; Bravo Supermarkets opened in the space in December 2020.

Earth Fare, a natural-foods grocer, was the center's original anchor, with a 24,000-square-foot store. When the company shut all of its locations in early 2020, the center was left without a grocer. Bravo, a Hispanic supermarket chain, took over the space by the end of the year. It gives Lake Nona a grocery option with a strong Latin American selection.

Who owns Shoppes at Nona Place?

A private investor group affiliated with the Flocchini and Van Wagner families bought Shoppes at Nona Place for $35 million in September 2021.

The seller was a joint venture of North American Development Group and Blackfin Partners Investments, and JLL brokered the sale. The center was fully leased at the time. JLL now handles leasing, and North American Development Group's older leasing page is no longer current.

Eagle Creek is across Narcoossee Road, and Tyson Road leads straight to Lake Whippoorwill Hart.

Pet Supermarket has closed, and several tenants now trade under different names than older listings show.

• Pet Supermarket has permanently closed. No replacement has been announced, and JLL is marketing the space.
• The Aveda salon is Grove Salon, the kids' salon is Pigtails & Crewcuts, and the dental office is Nona Place Dental Care.
• BurgerFi and Lime Fresh are both still open here, despite closures elsewhere in their chains.
• European Wax Center, TD Bank and PNC Bank have joined the lineup.
