Lake Nona Town Center

The Lake Nona Town Center is the heart of the Lake Nona Community. Currently in phase two of their construction progress, the town center currently features a 200 room dual-branded Marriott hotel, two parking garages, several restaurants and the outdoor venue Boxi Park which offers food truck style eateries, live music, playground and beach volleyball court. 

Phase two will add an additional 100 acres to Lake Nona Town Center and include the 17 story Lake Nona Wave Hotel, Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas, the Lake Nona Performance Club, a bowling alley and a mix of local and national shops and eateries.

When completed, the Lake Nona Town Center will offer 4 million square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space, among urban style streetscapes with high end landscaping and innovative storefronts.
