Whippoorwill Center is a small retail plaza at 12701 and 12711 Narcoossee Road, on the east side of Narcoossee about a mile south of SR 417, in Orlando's 32832 ZIP code. It sits directly across Narcoossee Road from Lake Nona High School, with the Dwell Nona Place apartments behind it. The plaza's first leases were signed in late 2017, and Bolay opened there on August 14, 2018. The location still works: a high school, a college campus and an apartment community are all right around it. It's the tenant mix that needs refilling.
