Narcoossee Cove, is located in the South section of the Lake Nona area and is directly across the street from Lake Nona Landing.

This plaza area is a mixed-use of retail/restaurant/medical/banking and a car-wash within two multi-tenant buildings and free units.

History and Development

Construction of Narcoossee Cove started in 2022 and most construction was completed in 2023.

Narcoossee Cove is located at 11837 Narcoossee Rd. It is directly in front of the Cortland Nona apartments and directly across the street from Lake Nona Landing Shopping area.
