Lake Nona does not hold a Fourth of July fireworks show. Its Independence Day event is the Great American Block Party, a free celebration at Lake Nona Town Center. The block party is historically held on the Saturday before the Fourth, normally from about 4 PM until 9 or 10 PM. Recent editions have closed with a laser light show rather than fireworks. Lake Nona's only community fireworks show on record closed the 2018 block party.

If you search for Lake Nona fireworks, you will find plenty of pages describing a Fourth of July fireworks festival at Town Center. There isn't one. Lake Nona celebrates Independence Day with the Great American Block Party, held about a week early, and in recent years it has ended with a laser show.

Holding it early means it doesn't compete with the big July 4 shows, which also leaves the Fourth itself open for other plans.
