Buyers are still value-conscious, but they're paying premiums for move-in-ready and well-located properties.

- Homes Sold: 124 homes closed—52 in 32827 and 72 in 32832.
- Days on Market: Properties moved faster: 43 days on average in 32827 and 48 in 32832.
- New Listings: 146 new homes entered the market—up from 129 in February, as sellers time the season.
