Parc Corniche Resort is a non-gated resort of Condominiums in the International Drive Resort Area of Orlando. The Parc Corniche is an all suite condo hotel off International Drive just down the street from Sea World and conveniently located between Disney and Universal Studios.
All one and two bedroom suites come with a full kitchen and living room providing you space to feel like you are at home rather than in a hotel.
Resort guests enjoy pool with jacuzzi, fitness center and children's playground in addition to close proximity to all the shopping, dining and entertainment the Orlando area has to offer.
Parc Corniche Resort is located off International Drive in the International Drive resort area near Disney World.
The resort is North of Westwood Blvd and South of Central Florida Parkway and is found in the 32821 zip code in Orange County.
Parc Corniche Resort owners my use their property up to 6 months per year if they so choose. Owners may also rent their unit out for any length of time when not in use to generate income and/or to cover part or all of the owner fees.
There is noon site property management at Parc Corniche Resort. Owners may use In House, 3rd Party rental management or self manage. The resorts pool is heated year round and includes a jacuzzi set under swaying palm trees. The clubhouse features a convenience store, 24 hour fitness center and 24 hour reception desk with multi lingual staff.

The majority of the homes in Parc Corniche Resort were built 1989-1990 by Unknown Builder. There are 1 to 2 bedrooms, a similar number of bathrooms, and between 600 to 800 square feet of living space in each of the houses.
Buyers may select from one or two bedroom suites ranging from standard suites to luxury level units.
